Co-founder & pilates instructor
Elodie
My name is Élodie, I’m 30, and movement has always been at the heart of my life. At 16, I joined the Swiss national alpine ski team—a challenging, high-performance experience that taught me to listen to my body, trust it, and face challenges with resilience.
That deep connection to the body naturally led me to Pilates—a practice where precision, control, and body awareness come together beautifully. After my athletic career, I trained as a fully certified Pilates instructor, specializing in both Reformer and mat Pilates. Convinced that this method is an invaluable key to balancing body and mind, I have adopted it both as a personal practice and as a support tool.
I’m now a mom of two little girls, and more than ever, I’m driven by the desire to share my expertise and help others feel good in their bodies. My goal? To guide you with kindness on your path to wellness, and to help you move with strength, ease, and confidence.

Manon
Movement has always been my safe space—my balance. I started dancing at age 4, not knowing it would shape the rest of my life. At 13, I joined a specialized dance school to fully commit to classical and contemporary dance, eventually earning my diploma at the conservatory. For over 20 years, dance taught me discipline, perseverance, and a deep connection with my body.
Then I discovered Pilates —and I instantly fell in love with its precision, control, and flow. It became a new way to express myself. In 2019, I earned my certification in Matwork Pilates.
Today, I see well-being as more than just training—it’s about offering a moment of reconnection. Through Pilates, I aim to create a space where you can strengthen both body and mind, build confidence, and simply feel alive.

Pilates instructor
Svetlana
My name is Svetlana Willen, and I’ve been teaching Pilates since 2005. I’m a PMA-certified instructor and continue to train and learn every year—attending conferences and studying with some of the best in the field. My first certification was in 2006 with Ann Toran, a master instructor in New York. I later deepened my training with Peter Fiasca (True Classical Pilates Technique) and completed Balanced Body University’s Mat and Reformer modules.
Since childhood, I’ve had a love for the beauty of movement—sparked by years of gymnastics and ballet. For me, Pilates has become more than a discipline. It’s my guide, my coach, my mentor… and sometimes even my therapist. I deeply believe in its richness and in its power to support every individual throughout their life.
