Our second studio opens at the La Porte d’Octodure complex in Martigny-Croix. You’ll find the Reformer Pilates that is Be Kind’s signature, plus two new disciplines offered only here: Lagree and Hot Pilates in a room heated by infrared to around 35 °C.
Come and try all three for free at our Open Day on Saturday 31 October, from 9am to 5pm. Regular classes start on 2 November.
