Reformer Pilates in Sion and Martigny

The Reformer is our signature: targeted sessions that sculpt, strengthen and improve mobility through precise, low-impact movements.

Reformer

Reformer Pilates takes classical Pilates to the next level. With a unique machine made of a sliding carriage and adjustable springs, it adds resistance, support and flow. Each movement becomes more precise and more effective.

The result? A stronger, more flexible body, better posture and a boost of fresh energy. The springs adapt to every level, so the Reformer suits beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

  • Deep muscle strength
  • Posture and mobility
  • Low impact on the joints
  • A toned, lengthened body

Three levels: Soft, Burn and Vitality. For your first session, start with a Soft class.

Class levels

First session? Start with a Soft class.

Soft The basics, control, challenge.

First session? Start with a Soft class.

An accessible yet challenging class, where we take the time to position ourselves properly, understand the movements and work with precision. You strengthen your body, develop control and progress at your own pace, with real muscular engagement.

Ideal to discover the discipline, get back into practice or deepen your foundations. Even with experience, Soft is still a real workout!

Burn The intensity goes up a notch.

A solid fitness base is recommended.

A demanding class for those who want to challenge themselves further and step out of their comfort zone. More sustained sequences and more demanding variations call on your strength, endurance and control.

For your first session in this discipline at Be Kind, start with a Soft class, even if you already practise another sport.

Vitality Rediscover the joy of moving.

Want to get back into exercise after a long break, or start with a progressive approach? Vitality helps you regain confidence in your movements and return to regular physical activity.

A calm pace, detailed explanations and adapted exercises let you work on your strength, mobility and balance, at your own rhythm. An accessible class that engages the body while respecting your starting point.

No sports experience needed: just the desire to take time for yourself and get moving again.
